All the pupils of my Class IV5 were awarded one reader each since their project won the Oxford Centar Go Green! competition:
First of all, I'd like to welcome you to my blog. My intention's to make it a place for cherishing great memories of working with school children. Here you'll find some tips, projects done by my pupils, their essays and poems, video clips (I don't know if it's me, but my pupils really enjoy singing), and things that can be interesting and useful.

The End of the School Year Performance
The Picnic Song is a kind of signature of my pupils born in the years 2001 and 2002. No wonder they all decided to sing that song for their end of school year performances:

The Picnic Song (kids singing)
This is how my classes IV1 and IV4 sang a song called 'Let's Have a Picnic!' in June 2012.
Here are the lyrics:
How many eggs
And how much meat
Are we taking on our picnic?
Bring your glass and bring your plate,
Let's have a picnic!
How many girls
And how many boys
Are coming on our picnic?
Bring your games and bring your toys,
Let's have a picnic!

Greetings from... (postcards)
Greetings from the USA!
I’m with my aunt in a flat in New York. I’m studying American Civil War and Texas Revolution. It’s sunny outside. I’ve visited The National Museum. There are a lot of old stuff like old guns. I really like it. In the USA I’ve found lots of friends.
Love x

Happy Holiday! (kids singing)
This song is the last one in our coursebooks, and very much enjoyed.
Here are the lyrics:
Holiday, hooray, hooray!
We can swim and we can play,
It's lots of fun in the sun,
On a holi-holi-day! Hey!
Holiday, hooray, hooray!
Go for picnics every day,
Join the fun, everyone,
On a holi-holi-day! Hey!
Holiday, hooray, hooray!
Time for us to go away,
Summer's here, let's all cheer,
On a holi-holi-day! Hey!
This is how my classes IV2 and IV4 performed it in June 2012:
