As we all know, children, even some of us adults, like playing games. Fruit salad is one of them.
Since we played it in the classroom, we didn't use the chairs, because it would take a long time to move all the desks and put the chairs in the middle.
So, we formed a circle and chose one pupil to stand in the centre. I gave all the other pupils their fruit names (apple, banana, orange). Then, the real thing happened: the pupil in the centre called out apples and all the apples had to change places while the others just remained still. Even the pupil in the centre tried to find an empty place, so that another one can stand in the centre of the circle. The game turned even more excited when the pupil in the centre called out the fruit salad and everyone had to change places.
There was a lot of bumping into each other and screaming, but we all had a lot of fun.
