One of the activities of the eTwinning project A Bridge Across the World was to write and illustrate a story about the Sea Girl based on a book by the Portuguese writer Sophia de Mello Breyner. My Class 3 students collaborated with our partners from Portugal and Ukraine and here is the result.
First of all, I'd like to welcome you to my blog. My intention's to make it a place for cherishing great memories of working with school children. Here you'll find some tips, projects done by my pupils, their essays and poems, video clips (I don't know if it's me, but my pupils really enjoy singing), and things that can be interesting and useful.

GSPD 2019
This year, on Global School Play Day, we joined over 530,000 students around the world and spent a day playing games.
So, on 6 February, my Class 3 students brought their board games, cards, memory games and just played with their friends.

Online Safety
On Safer Internet Day, we read a book about the adventures of Smartie the Penguin and talked about the risks on the Internet and what to do in such situations. We agreed that the best thing would be to stop, think and ask help from an adult.
My older students discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet, played online quizzes, drew posters and a few of them made a video survey.
