The animated story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar quickly became another favourite in Class 1. Pupils were surprised at how much a small caterpillar could eat.
Afterwards, they made all kinds of food to retell the story. Soon we had apples, bananas, strawberries, and even salad, spaghetti and pizza, ready for filming their own version.
It was simple and playful.
