Petar from Class VI3 has recently taken part in the Global Online Climate Cartoon Contest organised by the Choithram Group of Educational Institutions, Indore, India, on the theme The World from the Eyes of Our Speechless Friends.
In our lesson, we discussed climate change and how we can help, while pupils suggested ideas for making a comic effective and what sentence to include. Petar’s cartoon was recognised for participation and featured in the joint video.
Pupils from 27 schools and colleges across 13 countries joined the contest, including India, Argentina, Türkiye, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Egypt, Vietnam, Nepal, Malaysia, Taiwan, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
